Responsibilities

Workshops & Process Support

• Support the PPO in leading and facilitating workshops.
• Assist the PPO in formalizing and documenting the business processes within the tool.

Functional Analysis & Specifications

• Formalize user stories and draft configuration specifications.
• Prepare detailed functional specifications aligned with business and technical requirements.

Collaboration With Data Engineer

• Support the Data Engineer in defining functional data flows required for interfaces.
• Contribute to structuring data requirements and ensuring proper integration logic.

Functional Testing

• Prepare and write the functional testing book (test scenarios, acceptance criteria, validation steps).
• Participate in the execution and validation of functional test cases.

Profile

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in an IT or digital transformation context.
• Strong abilities in requirement gathering, documentation, and process formalization.
• Good understanding of user stories, data flows, and functional integration.
• Experience in supporting testing phases and drafting testing documentation.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• English proficiency required; French is a plus.
