Zurich Capability Center is currently hiring a:

Business Analyst

Zurich Capability Center is looking for Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in guiding clients through the design, configuration and optimization of their business processes, leveraging our advanced INSIS platform. Your expertise will help organizations maximize value and enhance stakeholder satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate face-to-face workshops with clients to design and map out optimized business processes aligned with the platform's capabilities.
• Identify and define innovative solutions that enhance the value delivered to stakeholders.
• Design and configure solutions utilizing INSIS and related systems.

• Support clients in understanding business processes as they relate to the INSIS platform.
• Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients on the effective use of INSIS.
• Lead strategic planning for functional analysis and prioritize business requirements based on client needs.
• Execute functional team tasks, ensuring thorough follow-up on requirements gathering, analysis, and configuration.
• Provide support in clarifying tasks for the technical team and assist in planning the testing strategy.
• Map business processes and create SIPOC diagrams collaboratively with clients.

• Participate in proof-of-concept initiatives across various business lines.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in business process consulting within the insurance sector (Life, P&C).
• Strong understanding of business process mapping and requirements gathering.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for training and mentorship.
• Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into actionable plans.
• Experience in product configuration with INSIS (PAS, BLC, Commissions)
• Experience in complex implementations.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and client engagement.
• Advanced English level.
