About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Business Analystwith a strong background in retail environments, hands-on discovery expertise, and proven delivery capability in Agile settings. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in collaborative workshops, can translate complex business needs into actionable requirements, and is comfortable navigating fast-paced, customer‑centric operations.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams—including product owners, subject matter experts, technical teams, and operational stakeholders—to analyse problems, define solutions, and support successful delivery of initiatives.
