Job Description

Job role: Business Analyst Location: Ahmedabad Experience: 3–5 years We are seeking detail-oriented and proactive Business Analyst to  support the development and delivery of our SaaS product offerings. As a key link between product, engineering, and business teams, you will gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into actionable insights, driving efficient product development and value delivery
Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers, data analysts, research analysts, engineers, and stakeholders to gather and document detailed product requirements.
• Translate business and product goals into functional and non-functional requirements
• Create user stories, workflows, acceptance criteria, and wireframes/mock-ups (with design team support where needed).
• Analyze customer journeys, identify gaps, and recommend process improvements
• Support backlog grooming, sprint planning, and product testing activities
• Perform data analysis to validate assumptions and inform product decisions.
• Coordinate with QA to ensure test cases align with business needs
• Monitor product KPIs and user behavior post-release to generate actionable insights.
• Assist in stakeholder communications, status reporting, and product documentation
• Ensure quality of releases by testing, validating, and accepting deliverables
• Take a proactive role in continually improving processes
  
  

Desired Skills:

• 3–5 years of Business Analysis experience, ideally in SaaS, AEC tech, or Data Platforms
• Proven track record managing data-intensive platforms or B2B collaboration tools
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Technical comfort with APIs, data schemas, and integrations
• Experience working in Agile environments with tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including documentation.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong teamwork skills with a positive, “can-do” attitude.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
