Job Description


Role: Business Analyst
Type: Full-time
Location: Mississauga
Environment: Hybrid - 2 days a week onsite

Position Overview

We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our ERP Core Team, with a primary focus on Finance processes and systems. This role will play a key part in supporting and implementation of a Finance ERP, including its configuration and integration with the distribution and manufacturing ERP System.
This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to the full end-to-end business flow, starting with finance operations and gradually expanding into broader ERP domains across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support configuration and implementation activities within the new Finance ERP

  • Assist with system integration efforts between the Finance ERP and ERP system

  • Work closely with functional leads during ERP enhancements and stabilization phases.

Finance-Focused Business Analysis

  • Gather and document finance-related requirements (GL, AP/AR, procurement, reporting).

  • Map current and future-state finance processes.

  • Support data validation and reconciliation during ERP transitions.

  • Act as a liaison between Finance, IT, and external vendors

  • Support issue resolution, process optimization, and system improvements.

  • Contribute to documentation standards and knowledge transfer within the ERP Core Team.


Requirements


  • 3+ years of Business Analyst experience.

  • Experience with ERP/finance systems

  • Understanding of core finance processes (GL, AP, AR, reporting).

  • Experience supporting ERP implementations or system integrations preferred

  • Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and business teams.

  • Bachelor’s degree ore relevant post-secondary education in Business Analysis, Business Administration, Commerce, Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance or a related field.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with system integration projects.

  • Exposure to financial reporting tools.

  • Familiarity with change management or ERP transformation initiatives.
