As a Business Analyst, you will engage in a dynamic environment where you will analyze organizational processes and systems. Your typical day will involve assessing the current state of business models, identifying customer requirements, and defining future states or business solutions. You will conduct thorough research, gather relevant information, and synthesize findings to support decision-making and strategic planning. Your role will be pivotal in bridging the gap between business needs and technological solutions, ensuring that the organization is well-positioned for future growth and efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders.
- Develop detailed documentation to support project initiatives and ensure clarity in communication.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP HCM On Premise ABAP.
- Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Experience with process mapping and modeling techniques.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP HCM On Premise ABAP.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
