Playtech‘s Casino Unit is looking for a proactive Business Analyst with excellent communication, analytical thinking, and collaboration skills to join dedicated team for exciting new projects.

Your influential mission. You will...

• Translate high level business and game concepts into clear, structured technical specifications.
• Analyse game scripts and requirements, identify gaps, inconsistencies, or missing details, and consolidate them into actionable clarifications.
• Facilitate requirement related discussions with the Game Studio and internal development teams.
• Create and maintain documentation for new and existing features, processes, and workflows.
• Support the full software development cycle by collaborating closely with the Project Manager and developers.
• Manage and refine the backlog together with the Project Manager, ensuring clarity and priority alignment.
• Perform solution validation, ensuring requirements have been implemented correctly and align with business needs.

Qualifications

Components for success. You...

• Bring 2–3+ years of Business Analysis experience in a product / technological development company with international exposure.
• Possess strong communication skills, with an Upper-Intermediate level in English (both written and spoken).
• Are skilled in requirement gathering, structured documentation, and analytical thinking.
• Are familiar with Jira, Confluence, and the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Experience creating documentation for new teams or new product lines.
