WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

They are looking for a Business Analyst who will be a key link between their information technology capabilities and their business objectives by supporting and ensuring the successful completion of tasks related to analyzing, building, testing, and deploying the functionality of their software product.

As a KYC Business AnalystTribe Technical Lead, to transfer user requirements to the team, functional design and validation of a regulatory application features..develop, test and deploy the technical and functional specifications from the Solution Designers / Business Architects / Business Analysts, guaranteeing the correct operability and the compliance with the internal quality levels.

Your primary role is to effect change within an organization. The solution-oriented changes improve the overall efficiency of an organization, including process optimization, cost reduction, and identification of new business opportunities. You will accomplish this by researching and analyzing data, presenting a range of data-driven solutions, and then implementing these solutions and optimizations using analytical tools and technologies.

We need someone like you to help us on several fronts:

• Define configuration specifications and business analysis requirements
• Define reporting and alerting requirements
• Own and develop relationships with partners and work with them to optimize and enhance our integration
• Help design, document, and maintain system processes
• Report on common sources of technical issues or questions and make recommendations to the product team
• Communicate key findings and insights to the product team
• Constantly look for ways to improve monitoring, identify issues, and deliver better value to the customer
• Support the business in gathering and defining current and target processes and IT requirements in an agile environment
• Create use cases and user stories
• Coordinate, plan, and support business testing
• Present implemented features in the form of regular sprint reviews
• Completed business or technical education
• Ability to analyze data models and draw logical conclusions
• Ability to work with colleagues and stakeholders to gain a deep understanding of critical business requirements
• You will define the business logic of a BigData system to achieve regulatory requirements
• You will use Scrum methodology, and be part of a high performance team
• You will certify your delivery and its integration with other components, designing and performing the relevant test to ensure the quality of your team delivery
• You will coordinate the Technical Product Teams efforts
• This role ensures that the overall technical strategy is applied across the different parts of the product and helps reduce dependencies between them. It has a close relationship with all product owners and stakeholders.

• Ensure Technical end-to-end accountability for your product
• Manage your squads and coordination with other squads to ensure timely delivery
• Define / Support / Implement technical product strategy in alignment with our client business objectives
• Understand the IT cost structure of all components and supplier.
• Clearly understand clients’ Business needs.
• Measure the value delivered to final customer business.
• Collaborates with Stakeholders and Product Owners setting Product Strategy from the Technical point of view.
• Support the Backlog Prioritize Prioritization and communicate Technical Product the strategy.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Required skills:

• 1+ years of experience working on initiatives in the banking industry, preferably in Corporate Products in a position with similar characteristics to those required
• +1 years of experience in IT, analyzing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and participating in the design of technology solutions is considered a competitive advantage
• Knowledge of corporate policies and procedures, services and products are highly valued
• Understanding of project management methodologies and best practices, including business cases, project planning, stakeholder mapping and communication plans, and risk and issue management
• Knowledge of data engineering and data governance principles and best practices
• Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases
• Waterfall and Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, activities, and tasks under time constraints
• Demonstrated ability to work as a team player, think outside the box and work towards the best solution
• Accounting and Financial Reporting
• Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to speak and present to a variety of audiences, sometimes acting as a translator between parties, and the ability to produce a requirements package
• Ability to motivate others and lead change
• Interest in new technologies
• High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint / Excel / Word / ...)
• Ability to work under pressure on multiple projects within your project timeframe

Preferred qualifications:

• Wholesale financial products (foreign exchange, bonds, Lending, Cash Management, Trade Finance, etc.)
• Applications: EQUATION, Trade Innovation
• Knowledge of iSeries environments, at system level International payments, standards, platforms, and their various schemes (Swift, SEPA, Chaps, Bacs, Target, etc.)
• Knowledge of regulatory reporting issues
• Fluid Spanish would be an asset
• Financial products in the wholesale banking environment (Fxs, bonds, equities, etc).
