Analyzing issues reported by customers in the Ivalua-based procurement platforms, providing workarounds, and implementing solutions
Proposing and implementing performance and configuration improvements to the client’s systems
Analysis of specific business requirements for technical feasibility and alignment with Ivalua configuration best practices
Collecting and refining business requirements and supporting clients in defining their end‑user needs
Cooperation with application engineers and integration engineers to ensure that the Ivalua system is configured according to the client's requirements
Cooperating with the Project Manager and Project Leaders in task scheduling and project scope management
Building and maintaining business relationships with the client
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position, including projects related to the maintenance or implementation of low-code B2B digital tools
At least intermediate proficiency in MSSQL
Communicating fluently in English
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal
Experience in engineering and requirements management
