Job Description

We are seeking a Business Analyst with domain expertise in telecom and fintech to identify, define, and prioritize AI use cases. You will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business needs from network operations, customer service, fraud prevention, and financial services into actionable AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify AI use cases across telecom operations (network optimization, churn prediction, customer service automation) and fintech services (fraud detection, credit scoring, personalized offers)
  • Conduct stakeholder interviews across network operations, customer care, risk management, and product teams
  • Document business requirements for AI solutions addressing telecom and fintech challenges
  • Perform feasibility analysis and ROI assessments for AI initiatives in telecom and fintech domains
  • Map customer journeys and identify opportunities for AI-powered improvements
  • Create process flows for telecom provisioning, billing, and fintech transaction workflows
  • Collaborate with data scientists to validate technical approaches for industry-specific challenges
  • Support user acceptance testing and solution deployment

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
  • 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in telecom or fintech industries
  • Understanding of AI, machine learning, and data analytics concepts
  • Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (Jira, Azure DevOps)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Fluency in English

Preferred Qualifications

  • Deep understanding of telecom operations (network management, subscriber management, billing)
  • Knowledge of fintech products (mobile money, digital wallets, lending platforms)
  • Business analysis certifications (CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA)
  • Experience with customer analytics and journey mapping
