We are excited to announce an opening for a Business Analyst position within the IT Research & Development team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of technology and innovation, helping to shape and drive the development of strategic IT solutions.

What will you do:

• work closely with cross-functional teams (developers, UX/UI designers, product managers) to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into actionable user stories.
• support the design and evaluate innovative IT prototypes, applying Agile methodologies.
• bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment and clarity throughout the solution lifecycle.
• document and maintain key artifacts such as process diagrams, and acceptance criteria.
• contribute to the continuous improvement of digital products and services by identifying opportunities, collecting feedback, and tracking success metrics.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Requirements Gathering (ask the right questions and to translate ideas into clear, documented requirements)
• Communication Skills (verbal & written)
• Manage conflicting interests and expectations diplomatically
• Analytical & Critical Thinking
• Technical Literacy (basic) & Tools Proficiency (Word, Excel, PPT, JIRA, Confluence, etc)
