Job Description

At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for a Business Analyst to join our UniQue team.

What will you be doing in this role?

  • Analyse and structure business needs and translate them into functional and solution requirements.
  • Support business units in identifying appropriate digital solutions in line with the principles of reuse, corporate services, and digital-ready policymaking.
  • Assess and compare solution options (corporate services, existing systems, cloud or low-code solutions) and provide recommendations based on functional, technical, security, and governance considerations.
  • Contribute to IT governance processes, including preparation of documentation and inputs
  • Monitor technology trends and assess their potential relevance
  • Support the identification, analysis, and prioritisation of AI use cases, including the assessment of feasibility, risks, value, and alignment with corporate guidance and regulatory requirements
  • Liaise with technical experts, service providers, and corporate services to support the evaluation and implementation of AI and innovative digital solutions.
  • Support the rollout, optimisation, and adoption of Microsoft 365 collaboration tools.

Requirements

What will you be bringing to the team?

  • Bachelor degree in IT or related field and 11 years of professional experience in IT.
  • Good knowledge of business analysis methods, requirements gathering, and functional specification.
  • Good knowledge of digital solution analysis and selection in a corporate IT environment.
  • Good knowledge of Artificial Intelligence concepts, typical use cases, and implementation approaches.
  • Strong experience in business analysis and stakeholder coordination is essential.
  • Understanding of IT governance principles, including reuse of corporate solutions and digital-ready policymaking.
  • Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and Microsoft 365 is expected primarily in an analysis, governance, or adoption context.
  • Digital solution analysis and technology assessment.
  • Microsoft 365 / collaboration and low-code solutions (e.g. Teams, SharePoint, Power Platform).
  • Certifications or formal training in business analysis, digital transformation, Microsoft 365/Power Platform, Artificial Intelligence, or project management methodologies (e.g. PM², PRINCE2, PMP or equivalent) are considered an asset and will be taken into account during evaluation.
  • Fluent in English at least at a level C1.
