Job Description
We are looking for a Business Analyst based in Latin America to work on a long-term project for one of our clients, a Financial Services company based in Cambridge, England.
Our client is one of the world's leading insurers and asset managers with more than 100 million private and corporate customers in nearly 70 countries.
Responsibilities
- Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business and functional needs, assumptions, and acceptance criteria related to workplace platforms, applications, and shared services.
- Partner with application owners and business stakeholders to assess usage, criticality, and target-state placement of applications and unstructured data (e.g., SharePoint Online, Azure Files).
- Analyze current-state processes and assess impacts of proposed changes on users, operations, and supporting teams.
- Analyze application inventories, usage metrics, and operational data to inform planning, sequencing, and executive reporting.
- Identify cross-initiative risks and dependencies and support mitigation and sequencing recommendations.
- Maintain analysis artifacts, requirements, decisions, and traceability documentation in support of governance and change control.
- Support validation, business acceptance, and readiness activities for workplace and platform-related changes.
Requirements
- Advanced Level of English.
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst on IT or digital transformation initiatives.
- Experience supporting workplace, collaboration, or infrastructure-related programs.
- Strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience producing high-quality requirements and analysis documentation.
- Ability to work standard U.S. Central business hours.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
