Responsibilities

The Business Analyst will be responsible for business requirements elicitation, documentation, and validation (QA) methods for small, medium and large sized information technology projects and programs. In addition, you will coordinate and facilitate meetings, identify system enhancements as well as provide daily production support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Serve as a liaison between PSD and various business units within Internova Travel Group.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional and cross-business teams to provide cost-effective business and technology solutions.
  • Coordinate and facilitate meetings as needed.
  • Provide project management support when required.
  • Document team activities and meetings, including minutes and action plans.
  • Document business requirements, technical requirements, user interface designs, test plans, and test cases.
  • Create and execute communication plans and conduct system trainings as needed.
  • Maintain key processes in adherence with the SDLC (Agile / Iterative Methodology).
  • Coordinate and/or conduct quality assurance and user acceptance testing for key systems.
  • Provide operational support for key applications within Internova Travel Group.
  • Coordinate and manage relationships with third-party vendors.
  • Conduct recurring system training sessions for internal and external clients.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS:

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in Business Analysis or Project Management.
  • Bachelor’s degree with a focus on technology or business, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Familiarity with the SDLC and various development methodologies.
  • Understanding of technical concepts (programming fundamentals, interfaces, integrations).
  • Strong understanding of website design and development methodologies, including third-party platforms, CRM, and marketing automation systems.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft tools (MS Office and MS development tools).
  • Familiarity with product development, sales, support, and adoption processes.
  • Experience with project management and tracking software (e.g., Jira).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with diverse audiences in a complex environment.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently, research problems, and identify solutions. Desired but not requiredBusiness Analysis certification.Background in e-commerce and web development.Knowledge of the travel industry.Familiarity with UX/UI design principles and related tools (e.g., Figma).

The salary range on this job posting/advertising has been developed to give applicants a range based on the local market where the candidate would be working. Many factors, such as years of experience, budget etc. are considered when determining the starting rate of pay.

This role may be eligible for an incentive, commission, bonus, or a discretionary bonus program based on the company’s financial goal achievement and individual performance.
