• Analyze and map complex business processes to identify inefficiencies and automation opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, product owners, and technical developers to ensure alignment and successful solution delivery.
• Translate business requirements into clear, actionable technical specifications.
• Participate actively in agile ceremonies, adapting to changing priorities while maintaining focus on delivering value.
• Validate solutions to ensure they meet business needs and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Foster collaboration across organizational silos, acting as a key liaison between business and technical teams.

{ following_qualifications_would_be_in_line_with_our_desired_profile_for_this_position: [

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Business Informatics, or related field.
• Proficiency with requirements management and agile project management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Willingness to obtain PEGA platform certification (training and support provided).
• Strong analytical skills with experience in business process analysis and optimization.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in agile environments with adaptability to changing priorities.
• Fluency in English (B2/C1) and German (B2).
• Based in or willing to work in Valencia with a hybrid work model.
• You're passionate about your work, but also know how to enjoy your free time!
