LEAD BUSINESS ANALYST
• Lead and supervise the team of Business Analysts
• Define, implement, and maintain best practices and frameworks for business analysis, tailored to the needs of the insurance sector
• Organize and lead training programs for the team
• Ensure a deep understanding of key insurance business processes
• Knowledge of various insurance products, including life and general lines: vehicles, property, special risks
• Coordinate the gathering and analysis of business requirements, aligning proposed solutions with the organization’s strategic objectives
• Supervise the preparation of functional documentation, process diagrams, and use cases
• Experience in defining and implementing frameworks and best practices for business analysis
• Ability to work with both agile and traditional methodologies
Advanced English (written and spoken) – US team interaction.
