Job Description

Join Kubota as a Business Analyst (Digitalization & Process Improvement)!

As a Business Analyst, you will join the Digitalization (DX) & Process Improvement team within MEU, supporting the evolution of our manufacturing and procurement processes across Europe.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the focal point for the key user group within your scope (Manufacturing & Procurement) and as a member of the Change Advisory Board.
  • Identify business issues and improvement opportunities through impact analysis and process assessments.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally on end-to-end process design and horizontal process integration.
  • Support the implementation, documentation, and communication of standard business processes and process changes.
  • Ensure consistency of end-to-end processes and report findings and initiatives to project managers.
  • Provide structured input to business requirements summaries, project execution plans, and ERP-related process design.
  • Organize collaboration within the key user network (e.g., workshops, meetings, investment verification), under the direction of the Manager of Business Analysis.
  • Support Group IT and external partners in assessing, documenting, and standardizing processes.
  • Contribute to factory harmonisation initiatives, vendor assessments, and the adoption of Industry 4.0 practices.
  • BSc or MSc (HBO/WO) in Technical Business Administration, or an equivalent technical/business education.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in business analysis or a related role.
  • Solid understanding of manufacturing business processes.
  • Working knowledge of SAP.
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Visio.
  • Familiarity with Industry 4.0 and digitalization concepts preferred
  • Willingness to travel as required.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in multicultural, cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication skills in English; additional European languages are an asset (particularly Dutch, German, French, Italian, Norwegian, or Danish).
  • Nice to have: knowledge of BABOK.
