We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join Dev Technosys, playing a critical role in understanding client requirements, shaping project scopes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver effective solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience in Commerce, Marketing, or CRM software implementation and a strong ability to engage with clients, manage priorities, and drive business success.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage directly with clients to lead initial scope discussions, working closely with delivery and sales teams on quotes and proposals.
Plan, schedule, and lead workshops to gather, define, and document business requirements effectively.
Develop high-quality proposals that align with customer needs and fulfill business objectives.
Collaborate with Solution Architects and project teams to validate and confirm the solution design approach
Prepare presentations to showcase Dev Technosys' services and offerings to prospective clients.
Work closely with sales teams to identify and support new business opportunities.
Hands-on experience with Commerce, Marketing, or CRM software implementation
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable working in a highly dynamic team with continuous challenges and evolving requirements.
