We are looking for Business Analyst to join our growing team.

As a Business Analyst within our team, you will play a crucial role in leveraging data to support and drive key business initiatives within Glitnor. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and translate data into actionable insights, contributing to the overall success of Glitnor.

What will you be doing?

• Analyze large datasets across multiple sources in order to optimize and improve business KPI’s.
• Own the data & analysis for multiple departments across the organisation to provide KPI’s, analysis and insight.
• Provide insightful interpretations of data, highlighting key metrics and performance indicators.
• Provide actionable recommendations and conclusions from collected data to support business decisions.
• Develop and maintain regular reporting mechanisms, ensuring relevant stakeholders have access to timely and accurate information & analysis.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to our operations, providing recommendations for improvement and optimization.
• Identify opportunities for process enhancements and automation, driving efficiency and scalability in online casino operations.
• Conduct competitive analysis to gain insights into market trends, benchmarking our performance against industry peers.
• Dissect data to uncover trends, anomalies, and pivotal opportunities.
• Manage multiple projects at a time in a fast-paced, frequently changing environment.

Who are you?

• A Self starter, problem solver with a drive to deliver
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, experience within the iGaming industry an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills combined with the ability to present the data & analysis clearly and efficiently to support business decisions.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented, with a strong sense of problem-solving and critical thinking.
• Experienced writing SQL and working with big datasets.
• Proficient in Excel
