We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced analyst/consultant to join our Transformation Team This role is critical to driving the AI-Driven Finance Team Transformation across our 500+ staff Finance Group, supporting multiple Business Units. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Business Process Reengineering (BPR), Project Management (PM), and Business Analysis (BA), with proven experience in consulting and a solid understanding of Finance, Accounting, and AI applications

This is a multi-year transformation initiative that will modernize our finance processes, integrate AI and automation, and enhance operational efficiency across the organization. The role will also support AI-driven transformation projects across other business and functional units.

Your Role

• Lead business process reengineering initiatives to simplify, automate, and optimize finance and operational processes.
• Benchmark and bring in experience with industry best practice to streamline and transform finance and operational processes.
• Conduct process mapping, gap analysis, and value stream analysis to identify AI/automation opportunities.
• Collaborate and work closely with cross-functional teams (Finance, IT, Business Units, etc.) to define requirements, manage change, and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Support the definition and delivery of AI/automation use cases in finance (e.g., invoice processing, financial reporting, forecasting, compliance) and other business functions.
• Act as a Business Analyst and Project Manager for transformation initiatives, including scoping, planning, requirement analysis and design, execution, delivery and adoption.
• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to stakeholders based on process performance and AI integration outcomes.
• Participate in vendor selection, solution design, and implementation of AI/automation tools.
• Support change management and training for finance and other teams during transformation.
• Document and communicate transformation outcomes and KPIs to leadership.
• Apply AI tools and prompt engineering to streamline requirement analysis and design, enhance data-driven insights, reporting, and decision-making.
• Leverage low/no-code AI tools to build and deploy AI-driven solutions for finance and other functional units.

To Succeed in this Role

Core Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or Business Process Management, with at least 2+ years in Business Process Reengineering (BPR) or Process Optimization.
• 2+ years of Business Analysis (BA) and Project Management (PM) experience, preferably in a consulting environment. Solid experience in sizable organizations will also be considered.
• Ability to effectively prioritize, manage multiple projects concurrently, and perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven experience in AI/automation in finance or a strong interest and ability to learn quickly.
• Strong knowledge of finance and accounting processes (e.g., AP/AR, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, compliance).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Proficiency in AI tools and prompt engineering (e.g., using AI platforms like ChatGPT, Google Gemini, or others for data analysis, report generation, and process automation).
• Experience with low/no-code AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Power Platform, Google AutoML, etc.) or willingness to learn quickly.
• Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Finance/Accounting certification (e.g., CPA, CFA, CMA, ACCA) is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in PMP, CBAP, or Business Process Modeling (BPMN).
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, or Lean methodologies.
• Background in Digital Transformation or Finance Automation.
• Experience in large organizations (10,000+ staff) is a plus.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) is a plus.
