We’re looking for a Business Analyst to join Orca AI’s Customer Success team, working closely with the Data team to bridge insights and action. This is a cross-functional role that blends analytical depth with commercial and operational impact - helping us turn data into meaningful insights for customers and internal teams.
You’ll drive how we analyze, interpret, and communicate data - ensuring clients see the value in every metric and the CS team operates on clean, reliable, and actionable insights. You’ll also occasionally present findings directly to clients, support business reviews, and partner with Customer Success Managers in demonstrating the strategic value of our insights and analytics.
