How did it all start?
Founded on March 15, 1991, in Surabaya as PT Anglomas International Bank (Amin Bank), thebank was acquired by Tolaram Group and transformed to PT Bank Amar Indonesia (Amar Bank)in 2014. It has then undergone a significant digital transformation to become one of thecountry's forerunning fintech institutions through its award-winning digital lending platform,Tunaiku.

Business Analyst staff will be directly reporting to Business Analyst Circle Lead and also EVP Finance. He/She will have a great deal of exposure about the company’s businesses especially its flagship product, Tunaiku and Finance related matters. Will be involved in various stage of business process along with other team members and other functions. Due to the nature of the job, it is also expected that the team member is committed to the position.

Responsibilities:

• Support and manage treasury credit risk activities across multiple asset classes
• Support and manage credit risk activities within the bank across multiple products not limited to treasury
• Monitor and maintain counterparty credit risk exposure and related limits
• Work closely with Treasury and Business Analyst teams to support day-to-day operations and risk management initiatives
• Participate in and support ongoing projects within the team
• Ensure continuity and timely progress of ongoing projects as priorities evolve
• Contribute to improving process efficiency, documentation, and controls

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in related field
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with attention to detail
• Ability to maintain structured working papers and documentation
• Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and routine monitoring processes
• Proactive and reliable team player, willing to step in and take ownership of tasks when needed
• Good communication skills, with the ability to coordinate with internal stakeholders
• Proficient in English both oral and written
