Job Description
Requires the services of a GIS Analyst with extensive business analysis experience, GIS technical knowledge, and GIS operation experience, prepare business case (investment planning), and procurement of GIS system, cloud hosting services, data acquisition, and implementation services, and GIS service operation.
Scope of Work/Responsibilities:
- Attend daily stand up, and execute assigned tasks
- Deliver output such as data processing, data hosting, project location, visualization, simulation & analysis, GIS hub, etc, based on assigned tasks
- Standardize and maintain service catalog, prepare service form & workflow, and prepare necessary report.
- AskIT, ADO, and Dashboard
- Assist managing GIS stakeholder communication and governance
- Workshop materials, Communication materials, and Decision Notes
- Set up community sites and collaboration platform. Manage content and documents
- Sharepoint & TEAMS site Set up and Operation.
- Work with GIS technical team to assist migration from SPADE to Enterprise GIS
- Migrated SPADE to Enterprise GIS
Requirement and Qualification (Education & Work Experience):
The selected resource should have the following qualifications:
- 3 years of solid business analysis experience.
- 5 years experience in Geographical Information System Operation.
- 3 years experience in designing and testing IT applications.
- ArcGIS enterprise knowledge and experience is a plus.
- Good document authoring and visual presentation skills.
- Basic skills to configure Sharepoint, Powerautomate, and PowerBI
- Conversant on Project Management Life Cycle and Solutions Delivery Life Cycle.
- Proven knowledge and experience on Agile Methodology and Waterfall Methodology.
- Strong oral and verbal communication skills.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
