Job Description

Scope of Work/Responsibilities:

General Business Analyst qualification and requirements:

  • Improve BA practices in identifying pain points in business processes, evaluating solutions and deepening the understanding of product owners/stakeholders to drive more informed value-focused discussion
  • Introduce User-Centric practices that improve user engagement and increase user acceptance of product enhancements

IT related business analysis tasks:

  1. Business Analysis and Design
  • Working with the product teams to analyze and optimize internal workflows, focusing on product life cycle management ensuring the clarity, relevance leveraging ITD standards and continuously gather feedback for refinement.
  • Own the product life cycle management process that could include creation of handbook specific for roles, onboarding guidelines and other related knowledge base articles including governance for version control, approval workflows and audit readiness.
  • Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to co-create improved ways of working, enabling cross-team alignment and scalable practices.
  • Translate complex business needs into structured, actionable insights and process improvements that support agility and delivery excellence.
  1. User Experience and User-Centric Design:
  • Apply user-centric design principles to all deliverables, ensuring ease of use and accessibility.
  • Create wireframes, mockups and simple prototypes to visualize user journeys, business process maps and user requirements.
  • Collaborate with UX designers and developers to ensure business requirements meets optimal user experience.
  1. Tool Enablement and Adoption
  • Lead onboarding and training sessions for new tools or systems, ensuring adoption across relevant teams.
  • Identify gaps and drive continuous improvement in digital tool usage and integration.

Requirement and Qualification (Education & Work Experience)

Education and Work Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in IT
  • Minimum of 6 years experience working with IT professionals with a solid background in analysis and development of business process documentation
  • Experience in UI/UX design and implementation roll-out

Technical Knowledge:

  • Knowledgeable in Product Delivery Life Cycle
  • Experience in developing end user training course
  • Experience with developing IT processes and procedures
  • Experience (ideally certified) in agile IT and project management frameworks such as ITIL, Prince2, PMI, Agile methodologies
  • Experience in business process optimization and documentation (BPMN preferred).

Soft Skills:

  • Ability to quickly learn a comprehensive set of IT-related concepts and workflows and tools
  • Ability to properly understand and provide suggestions to simplify complex processes
  • Empathy and understanding of user demands and painpoints.
  • Strong English written and oral communication skills

Tools/Software:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 suite specifically Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Sharepoint, Onedrive, Teams
  • Demonstrated experience with tools like Visio, Figma, and SharePoint

Certification:

  • Holders of certification in business analysis, agile, UX or product related frameworks are preferred.
