We seek a Business Analyst, who shares our passion for innovation and change. This role is critical to helping our business partners evolve and adapt to consumers' personalized expectations in this new technological era.
What will help you succeed:
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a professional environment
Strong organizational, analytical, mathematical, project management, and customer service skills
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Strong listening, influencing, interpersonal, and presentation abilities
Great attention to detail, quick learner, and enthusiastic attitude
Proven ability to meet tight deadlines through high-quality work and diligent follow-up
Skilled in managing concurrent projects, prioritizing multiple tasks, and coordinating across multiple locations
Ability to conduct client-facing meetings in a professional manner
Capable of working independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively with virtual teams
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Preferred Knowledge:
Experience in finance, payment systems, banking, ERP systems, fintech, accounts payable, or treasury
Familiarity with reading and analyzing payment files
Exposure to IT projects and cross-cultural communication
Background in project management, client engagement, or consulting
Experience using Jira is a plus
