Job Description

• 
  Responsible for business requirements gathering, analysis and project documentation
• 
  Work closely with user teams to consolidate requirements and deliverables
• 
  Manage multiple projects simultaneously while building strong relationships with user teams
• 
  Assist to develop and review requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations for the proposed solution from various parties
• 
  Analyze operational matrix, Interpreting data, analyzing results using statistical techniques like BI tools and dashboard
• 
  Assist to conduct user acceptance test and user training before system go-live
• 
  Perform any other duties as assigned by management

• 
  Higher diploma or above preferably in Information Technology, Business Administration in computing or related discipline
• 
  Minimum 3 years of working experience preferably in IT, project management or related fields.
• 
  Outstanding relationship management and the ability to interact professionally with diverse group of business users to elevate the total user experience
• 
  Ability to work independently with minimal guidance, mature and able to work under pressure
• 
  Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamic CRM Sales Hub, Marketing Hub and ability to conduct modelling in MS Power BI will be an advantage
• 
  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• 
  Excellent communication and presentation skills
• 
  Good command of written, spoken English and Chinese
