Job Description

Our client is an authorized insurer to facilitate retirement financial planning through provision of annuity products in Hong Kong, they are currently seeking for a Business Analyst to join their team.

Business Analyst

Responsibilities:
  • Act as an internal consultant to understand the business needs/processes;
  • Liaise with internal and/or external project teams to support project implementation and problem resolution to ensure smooth delivery of the projects;
  • Participate in the whole system development life cycle, from gathering requirements, system design and analysis, development, testing, implementation, documentation to maintenance; and
  • Investigate, trouble-shooting and resolving reported system issues.
Requirements:
  • Degree holder in Computer Science / Business Administration or related disciplines;
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in financial sector, preferably in life administration system development;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Able to work under a dynamic environment and multi-tasking;
  • Good in written and spoken in English, Cantonese and Putonghua;
  • Good team player and willing to learn; and
  • Credits will be given to candidates with previous exposure in actuarial, finance, risk management and compliance management.
