In this role, you’ll leverage the latest technology trends to drive business growth and optimize operations. You’ll analyze requirements, identify opportunities, and deliver impactful solutions, all while collaborating with diverse stakeholders in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate business systems and user needs in a rapidly evolving technological landscape.
• Document requirements, define project scope, and design solutions that align with business goals.
• Translate customer requirements into user stories and high-quality software designs.
• Provide insights on process improvements and automation strategies.
• Create workflow diagrams and analyze system capabilities, delivering actionable specifications.
• Manage and prioritize requirements backlogs, collaborating with stakeholders to refine and clarify needs.
• Propose system modifications based on analysis of current practices.
• Support team efforts, fostering collaboration to achieve organizational objectives.

Requirements:

• Education Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in fields like Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Management.
• Experience 2-5 years of relevant experience in business analysis or a similar role.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to engage with and challenge business process owners constructively.
• Proven experience in managing stakeholder expectations and facilitating cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps.
• Certifications such as IREB, BCS, BABOK, BISL, or ISQI.
• Familiarity with BPM, UML, Workflow Diagrams, and TOGAF frameworks.
• Knowledge of APIs, integration tools, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus.
• Language Proficiency Fluency in both Dutch and English, with excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Experience across industries such as Public, Financial Services, or Manufacturing is an advantage.
