The Miles Enterprise Suite is constantly evolving to support the growing demands of the leasing, fleet management, and mobility services industry. As Sofico expands into new markets and verticals, it’s important to build smarter, more flexible software solutions that help our customers stay ahead.

Your playground? The world of automotive finance, covering everything from private lease and balloon credit to brokered business. This business analyst joins one of the product teams focused on delivering scalable, future-ready solutions in this space.

Your responsibilities are:

• Translate business processes into structured requirements, epics and user stories.
• Spot gaps in the current offering and propose realistic, market-aligned solutions
• Helping Product Owners prioritize based on a solid understanding of market & customer needs, and product strategy.
• Actively contribute to scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Keep stakeholders informed, aligned, and excited about what’s coming next.

Your skills and interests

You’re fluent in the language of automotive finance , credit applications KYC/AML compliance, and consumer credit regulation don’t scare you. In fact, they excite you.

Analytical thinking drives your approach. You enjoy digging into complex problems, uncovering patterns, and translating insights into actionable solutions.

Collaboration is second nature, you thrive in cross-functional teams and know how to bring people together around a shared goal.

Stakeholder management isn’t just a skill. You listen actively, communicate clearly, and build trust across departments and cultures.

You bring structure to chaos, clarity to ambiguity, and energy to every meeting.

What else is expected:

• Experience within automotive finance environments; bonus points if this was in a software context.
• Solid understanding of industry trends and regulatory requirements.
• Skilled in business process modeling, requirement elicitation, and documentation.
• Familiar with Process Modeling and tools like Draw.io, Figma, Visio Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments and using tools like Jira or Confluence.
