We are hiring a Business Analyst
Hybrid working model — Belgrade or Novi Sad office

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team in Synechron Serbia. In this role, you will drive business requirements gathering, collaborate with stakeholders, and translate business needs into technical solutions to support our project delivery and overall customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate requirements gathering and analysis processes to understand business needs and objectives

• Work closely with stakeholders to prioritize requirements

• Collaborate with development teams to ensureaccuratetranslation of requirements into technical solutions

• Develop andmaintaincomprehensive project documentation, including requirements specifications, process flows, and test plans

• Communicate project status, progress, and potential risks effectively to stakeholders

• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards

Your Profile:

• Proven experience in business analysis or related roles

• Strong knowledge of business analysis tools and methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, and BPMN

• Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA, Asana, and Trello

• Competence in data analysis tools like SQL and Microsoft Excel

• Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and software testing processes

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field

• Professional certification in Business Analysis is a plus

• Strong customer focus and team collaboration skills

• Positive attitude, flexibility, and adaptability in dynamic work environments

• Ability to work independently whilemaintainingexcellent teamwork and communication
