As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least 3 months long internship period. In addition, working from the Tokyo office for 28 hours per week is required.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and execution of live streaming strategies, monitor and analyze the performance of operations, providing actionable insights for improvement.
• Provide guidance and support to campaigns, helping to optimize their content and grow their audiences and revenue.
• Understand the psychology and behavior of creators and users in the Japan markets, provide constructive and exploratory suggestions to improve user experience and resolve issues.

Minimum Qualifications

• Proficiency in the following languages: English, Japanese, and Chinese. Fluency in written and spoken Chinese is mandatory for managing stakeholders in Chinese-speaking markets.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.

Preferred Qualifications

• Relatable internship or past experience from internet / e-commerce/ tech organization, preferably in a sales and marketing related field.
• Internship experience in relevant firms.
• Leadership experience in organizations.
• Social media/creator/r/data analysis experience.
• Tech/relevant industry experience.
