  • Support implementation readiness, including operational impacts, training needs, and post‑implementation stabilisation.

People Leadership

  • Lead, supervise, and mentor business analysts supporting Operations‑focused initiatives.
  • Build strong capability in process analysis, regulatory interpretation, operational risk awareness, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Provide performance feedback, coaching, and development guidance.

  • Foster a collaborative, accountable, and continuous‑improvement culture.
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with Operations, Client Services, Risk, Compliance, and Finance stakeholders.
  • Facilitate workshops and discussions to define business needs, assess impacts, and validate solutions.

  • Identify and proactively manage operational, compliance, and delivery risks.
  • Promote a strong risk‑aware and control‑focused mindset across the BA team.
  • Ensure changes do not adversely impact service quality, processing accuracy, or regulatory obligations.

The above list of key accountabilities is not an exhaustive list and may change from time-to-time based on business needs.

Experience & Personal Attributes

  • Minimum 8–10 years of Business Analysis experience, with at least 3 years in a lead or people‑management role.
