Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document business requirements.
• Conduct requirement gathering sessions, workshops, and stakeholder interviews.
• Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare User Stories, Use Cases, and Process Flows.
• Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications for development and testing teams.
• Facilitate communication between business users, IT teams, QA teams, and project managers.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect management, and production validation activities.
• Participate in solution design discussions and impact analysis.
• Ensure project deliverables align with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

Insurance Domain Responsibilities

• Work on insurance business processes such as:
  • Policy Administration
• Understand insurance products across:
  • Life Insurance
• Support regulatory and compliance-related initiatives.
• Analyze insurance data and reporting requirements.
