As a Business Analysis - Project Manager II within JPMorganChase, you will support the execution of the organization's strategic priorities by driving governance, communications, stakeholder engagement, and project delivery across a diverse portfolio of initiatives. Working closely with senior leaders, you will help translate strategy into action, ensuring priorities are effectively managed, communicated, and executed. You will apply your broad knowledge of project management principles and practices, leveraging your skills in data literacy, innovative solutioning, emotional intelligence, and being consultative. You will also partner across teams to translate strategic priorities into governed frameworks, fostering a culture of inclusivity and team growth. Your curiosity, sense of urgency, ownership mindset, and emotional intelligence — the ability to advise stakeholders as a trusted, consultative partner — will be key to your success in this role.

Job responsibilities

  • Support the execution and governance of the organization's strategic priorities, applying data literacy and innovative, technology-enabled solutions to drive informed decision-making and business outcomes.
  • Act as a strategic partner to senior leaders by proactively identifying opportunities, coordinating follow-up actions, tracking commitments, and helping drive execution across a broad portfolio of business priorities.
  • Develop executive-ready presentations, status updates, communications, talking points, and briefing materials for senior leadership.
  • Design and maintain the governance frameworks, structure, and standards that guide how strategic priorities are prioritized and executed, communicating with clarity, presence, and a consultative mindset.
  • Coordinate and track progress across multiple strategic initiatives, ensuring timelines, dependencies, decisions, risks, and actions are documented and communicated effectively.
  • Utilize your skills in conflict management and team building to foster a collaborative environment, resolving issues and risks with composure, empathy, and a sense of urgency
  • Apply your strategic thinking skills to identify potential scenarios, evaluate their impact and risk, and make informed decisions that directly affect departmental outcomes.
  • Synthesize complex data into clear insights and recommendations that support leadership decision-making.
  • Ensure all projects are completed in accordance with all Risk, Control, and other relevant firm-wide guidelines, maintaining our control environment.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Proven expertise in supporting strategic initiatives, governance activities, or complex programs, demonstrated through 4+ years of experience or equivalent.
  • Experience creating executive-level presentations and written communications for senior stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives and competing priorities.
  • Demonstrated ability to apply advanced analytical, technical, and creative problem-solving skills in a project management context.
  • Proven experience in utilizing data analytics to plan, analyze, and make inferences from data to offer continuous insight.
  • Proficiency in using digital platforms, and other technological tools to solve problems, improve processes, and effectively communicate and collaborate with clients and stakeholders.
  • Experience partnering across diverse teams, leading with empathy and resilience through change, with a focus on alignment, influence, and fostering an inclusive environment. Proven ability to influence without direct authority across diverse stakeholder groups.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Experience supporting workforce transformation, organizational effectiveness, change management, or talent initiatives.
  • Integrate artificial intelligence solutions with sound human oversight to enhance strategic outcomes and drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Implement automation to streamline project workflows and increase operational efficiency.
  • Experience building dashboards, scorecards, and project reporting for executive audiences.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and curiosity by encouraging creative problem-solving, experimentation, and the adoption of new technologies.

This position is not remote nor hybrid and is 5 days a week full-time in office.
