What would you do? We help clients address quality and productivity issues, keep pace with customer expectations, navigate regulatory and operational pressures and ensure business sustainability by transforming their banking operations into an agile, resilient operating model.Banking services refer to the various financial services provided by banks to their customers. It includes account opening, kyc, managing accounts, processing transactions, offering loans and credit cards and mortgages, providing investment products, insurance servies and facilitating payments. Banks aim to help individuals and businesses manage their finances efficiently and securely.
Develop and deliver core banking solutions for the applications that process the essential functions of banks, including account management, interest calculations, cash deposits and withdrawals processing, customer management and product management.
Overall, Purpose of Job
The Commercial Fulfillment, Loan Booking & Deal Setup Analyst is responsible for end-to-end coordination and execution of commercial loan onboarding, documentation verification, and system setup in alignment with credit approval and compliance standards. This role ensures accurate and timely fulfillment of commercial lending transactions, including loan booking, funding, and post-booking quality checks, to support the smooth execution of lending operations across middle and back-office functions.

• Serve as the operational point of contact for Relationship Managers, Underwriters, and Credit Administration teams.
• Support issue resolution, process clarifications, and provide post-booking customer service for internal stakeholders.
• Partner with technology and transformation teams to automate and streamline booking and fulfillment workflows.

Roles and Responsibilities: •Responsibilities/Authorities
1. Commercial Fulfillment & Documentation
• Review and validate credit approval packages, legal documents, and loan terms prior to setup and booking.
• Collaborate with relationship managers, credit officers, and legal teams to resolve documentation gaps and discrepancies.
• Ensure all required borrower, guarantor, and collateral documentation are complete and compliant with internal policies and regulatory requirements (UCC, KYC, OFAC, etc.).
• Manage coordination between Doc Prep, Quality Assurance, and Loan Operations teams for seamless deal closure.
2. Deal Setup & Data Management
• Accurately input and verify deal structures, loan details, and collateral information into the loan origination and servicing systems (e.g., AFS, Loan IQ, nCino, or equivalent).
• Validate system entries against legal documentation, term sheets, and credit memos.
• Maintain data integrity across multiple systems and ensure audit readiness.
• Set up pricing, payment schedules, amortization, and interest parameters as per approved terms.
3. Loan Booking & Funding
• Execute loan booking activities including drawdowns, renewals, modifications, and payoffs.
• Validate funding instructions and ensure alignment with treasury and disbursement controls.
• Perform reconciliation and verification of general ledger postings related to loan activity.
• Coordinate with accounting, treasury, and loan servicing for smooth transition post-booking.
4. Compliance & Quality Control
• Ensure all bookings comply with internal policies, credit standards, and regulatory requirements (FDIC, OCC, SOX, etc.).
• Support internal audits and respond to control testing requests.
• Participate in root-cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency and data accuracy.
