Drive, consolidate and report enterprise-wide cost optimization and transformation initiatives.
Support assigned corporate enabling group/s through financial governance, business advisory, and enterprise cost management.
Cost Transformation Lead
-Lead cost transformation governance
-Gather all initiatives in 1 database.
-Monitor initiatives execution.
-Collaborate with FBA and/ or initiatives owners in keeping initiatives and savings realization up to date
-Flag risks, issues and support needed to proper channels.
-Report regularly cost initiatives status and savings realization.
-Partner with FBA/business units on cost management actions.
-Drive usage adoption and enhancements of CT tool to keep it relevant.
