About The Role

We are looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst to support the delivery of end-to-end Salesforce solutions, from requirements gathering through implementation and user adoption.

In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders, Salesforce Consultants, Developers, and Architects to understand business needs, document requirements, and help translate them into effective Salesforce solutions. You will also support testing, training, deployment, and post-go-live activities across the project lifecycle.

This opportunity is ideal for candidates with experience in Salesforce Business Analysis or Functional Consulting who are looking to grow their solution design, stakeholder management, and delivery skills on enterprise-scale projects.

Business Analysis & Stakeholder Management

  • Conduct requirements gathering workshops and stakeholder discussions.
  • Analyze business processes and translate requirements into user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.
  • Build strong relationships with business and technical stakeholders.
  • Track progress, identify risks, and escalate issues where required.


Solution Design & Delivery

  • Support the design and delivery of Salesforce solutions using standard platform capabilities.
  • Collaborate with Architects and Developers to ensure business requirements are accurately implemented.
  • Maintain functional documentation, acceptance criteria, and requirement traceability.
  • Participate in deployment, release, and post-go-live support activities.


Salesforce Configuration & Testing

  • Perform Salesforce configuration, including objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, flows, and security settings.
  • Support SIT and UAT activities, including defect triage and resolution.
  • Validate delivered solutions and ensure requirements are met before release.


Training & Data Support

  • Contribute to user training materials, demonstrations, and knowledge transfer sessions.
  • Support data migration, validation, and integration-related activities as needed.

Job Requirements

Must Have

  • 2–3 years of experience in Salesforce Business Analysis, Functional Consulting, or a similar role.
  • Salesforce certifications such as Administrator and/or Platform App Builder.
  • Experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, and functional documentation.
  • Good understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and declarative features.
  • Experience creating user stories, process flows, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce configuration, including objects, fields, flows, validation rules, and security.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams.


Nice to Have

  • Experience with OmniStudio, Experience Cloud, or Public Sector Solutions.
  • Knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies.
  • Experience working within public sector or regulated environments.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
