SEIB Insurance Brokers, who are proudly part of Benefact Group, are looking for a Business Administrator Apprentice to join our South Ockendon office.
The ideal candidate will be able to provide exceptional administrative support to the business whilst learning on the job, building the knowledge and skills to gain an apprenticeship qualification and preparing for going out into the workplace.

Support the team with day to day administrative tasks and office duties.
Maintain accurate records and update company systems accordingly.
Handle emails, letters, scanning, and other general administration activities.
Communicate professionally with customers, suppliers, and colleagues.
Work towards team goals while providing excellent support across the business.
Motivated to gain new knowledge and skills in the workplace and through apprenticeship training.
Well organised with excellent attention to detail and strong administrative skills.
Confident and capable of building rapport over the telephone to provide an excellent client experience.
Strong communication skills and confident using Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and provide excellent support to colleagues and customers.
Minimum Grade 4 (C) GCSEs in English and Mathematics.
Ready to work towards Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship
