Job Description

Optimal, on behalf of its client, a well-established and renowned company, is seeking a Business Administrator based in Athens.

Scope of Role

The Business Administrator plays an important role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the organization, taking ownership of office administration and employee support while providing reliable administrative assistance to senior management when required.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day employee services and office administration.
• Provide administrative and organizational support to the top management.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external service providers to ensure efficient service delivery and the smooth operation of administrative services.
• Handle sensitive information with discretion and ensure compliance with established procedures and company policies.

Requirements

• A university degree will be considered an asset.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in personal assistant, secretarial, office coordination or a similar role, preferably within a corporate or multinational environment.
• Very good command of both Greek and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• PC literacy, good working knowledge of MS Office applications
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple requests effectively.
• A strong service-oriented mindset, a proactive approach and the ability to collaborate with colleagues at all organizational levels.
• Professionalism, integrity, attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
