Your Role
Join us at an exciting time of transformation as Brenntag Dublin embarks on its SAP implementation journey. This Belfast-based role is key to supporting our Dublin depot during this transition, acting as a vital link between our customers and operational teams. Initially, you will be the primary customer contact for Brenntag Dublin, with the opportunity to develop your SAP knowledge and play an active role in process improvement and business transformation. As Belfast progresses towards SAP implementation as part of the wider UK SAP programme, your involvement and expertise will continue to grow, offering exposure to system change and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
• Act as the primary end-to-end customer contact, processing customer sales orders, issuing order acknowledgements and proactively communicating any changes to customer requirements.
• Coordinate the successful fulfilment of customer orders, ensuring delivery on time and in full by working closely with operations, stock control and customs teams.
• Collaborate with operations, quality and transport teams to ensure all documentation is accurate, compliant and issued in a timely manner while supporting efficient logistics planning.
• Support the transition to SAP by reviewing current business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and contributing to more efficient operational planning and customer service processes.
• Build strong working relationships across multiple departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and successful business operations.
Your Profile
Strong relationship-building, communication and negotiation skills.
Business administration experience within a busy office environment, ideally with exposure to SAP or other ERP systems.
Highly organised, reliable and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
Ability to work collaboratively across teams and adapt positively within a changing business environment.
