About the Role: Business Traineeship - 2 Year Traineeship

We are looking for applicants who are interested in completing a Business Administrations Traineeship (2 years - Certificate IV in Business ). As a Business Administration Trainee, you will be provided with comprehensive training and support to develop your skills in various aspects of business administration. You will work closely with our experienced team members to learn about day-to-day operations, administrative tasks, customer service, and project management. This is an excellent opportunity to kick-start your career in business administration and gain valuable experience in a supportive and collaborative environment.

About the Role:

Business Administration Traineeship

Develop essential administrative skills and knowledge that are in high demand across a variety of industries, setting the stage for a rewarding career in business.

What you’ll learn:

  • Office administration and management
  • Customer service and communication skills
  • Financial record-keeping and bookkeeping
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • Use of office software and technology
  • Business ethics and professionalism

Successful candidate will possess the following:

  • High School Certificate (Year 10 minimum)
  • Developed verbal and written communication skills
  • Planning and organisational skills along with a high level ability to work as a team member
  • Computer Literacy
  • Motivation to learn and develop new skills
  • Manual drivers licence

This is an exciting opportunity to gain on-the-job training and support from a great team of experts in the field, whilst studying a Certificate IV in Business

As these roles are residential, trainees are required to be living locally within a safe distance from Kogan Creek Power Station. Please note travel and accommodation is not provided for these positions.
