Business Administration Trainee (12-Month Traineeship) –
Immediate Start

We are currently seeking an energetic, motivated, and
committed individual to join our team as a Business Administration Trainee for
a 12-month traineeship, commencing immediately.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience
while working within a supportive and professional environment.

A key aspect of this role involves working with spreadsheets
in Microsoft Excel and other business systems. The successful candidate will
demonstrate a strong working knowledge of Excel, with the ability to showcase
their skills during the interview process.

You will be joining a friendly and collaborative team that
is committed to delivering accurate, timely work and continuously improving
processes and outcomes.

coating, process piping, manufacturing, and labour hire. Our experienced team
supports a wide range of coal mining, terminal maintenance, and port
maintenance projects with a strong focus on quality, safety, and performance.

Candidates will require the following qualifications and
experience:

  administration
• Ability to commit to the
  completion of required study and work at the same time
• must be Professional
• Have good reading,
  writing and communication skills
• A pleasant presentation
  and attitude to helping others
• Willingness to take on
  tasks as directed
• Ability to work
  unsupervised
• A proactive mindset
• Attention to detail and
  accuracy
• Ability to prioritise
• Intermediate to High
  level of computer and clerical skills such as Microsoft Office (Outlook,
  Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
• Drivers Licence

• Not hold a Certificate
  III or IV in any field completed in the last 7 years, and/or Diploma
  qualification and above in any field of any date. Qualifications up to
  Certificate IV level commenced whilst at school or within two years of
  leaving school may not affect eligibility.
• Have the ability to work
  in Australia.
