
The Master Data & Order Execution Team is a centralized team within Supplier Operations that supports global material availability through standardized and automated processes. The team consists of around 14 members and works closely with pricing and planning teams to ensure materials are delivered on time and at the right cost. By coordinating and executing key steps in the procure-to-pay process, the team enables reliable supply chain performance. In this role, you contribute directly to stable operations and high-quality data that supports business-critical decisions.
During this internship, you support daily operational activities within a structured and data-driven environment. You help ensure that processes run smoothly, materials are available on time, and data remains accurate across systems. You will also contribute to organizing and supporting recurring operational meetings and follow-ups. Your main responsibilities will be
Support daily operational activities within procure-to-pay processes, from request to payment
Maintain accurate and complete data to enable reliable downstream processing
Monitor workflows and resolve deviations to keep operations on track
Prepare meeting materials and collect structured input from stakeholders
Capture key decisions and actions during meetings and ensure follow-up
Maintain and improve operational documentation and work instructions
Create clear reports to support performance tracking and decision-making
This is a bachelor’s or master’s internship (non-thesis) for a minimum of 5 months, a minimum of 32 hours per week. The internship is primarily on-site, with some flexibility where needed. The start date of this internship is as of the end of August 2026.
To be suitable for the internship, you:
Are a bachelor’s or master’s student in supply chain management, industrial engineering, business administration, or a related field
Have an affinity with supply chain operations and an interest in how end-to-end processes are executed
Have an interest in enterprise systems such as SAP (experience is a plus, not required)
Are comfortable working with structured data in tools such as Excel
Communicate clearly in English and collaborate effectively in an international environment
Other requirements you need to meet:
You are enrolled at an educational institute for the entire duration of the internship;
Attach your cover letter with a clear motivation why you are interested in this internship assignment in particular;
You need to be located in the Netherlands to perform your internship. In case you are currently living/studying outside of the Netherlands, your CV/motivation letter needs to include the willingness to relocate.
If you are a non-EU citizen, studying in the Netherlands, your university is willing to sign the documents relevant for doing an internship (i.e., Nuffic agreement).
