
Join ASML’s Legal Operations and Strategy Execution Team and help shape the future of legal innovation. As part of the fast-growing Legal & Compliance (L&C) department, you’ll contribute to improving efficiency, driving strategic execution, and enhancing team collaboration. This internship offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of law, business, and technology.
As a Legal & Compliance intern, you’ll support the Legal Operations and Strategy Execution Team in a dynamic and evolving environment.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Contribute to the development and implementation of the Legal Operations and Strategy Execution Framework
Help translate the L&C strategy into actionable goals
Support the organization of team events and meetings
Assist in structuring and monitoring legal operations projects
Create progress reports and dashboards to track project execution
Support finance-related administrative tasks
Take meeting minutes and follow up on action items
This is a bachelor or master internship (non-thesis) for a minimum of 6 months, 4–5 days per week (with at least 3 days on-site). The start date of this internship is the 1st of July.
To be suitable for the internship, you:
Are a bachelor’s or master’s student in Legal and Compliance, Business Administration, Finance or a related field
Have strong organizational skills and can prioritize effectively under pressure
Are tech-savvy, with working knowledge of Excel (Power BI is a plus)
Are analytical and a critical thinker
Communicate clearly in English, both written and verbal
Other requirements you need to meet:
You are enrolled at an educational institute for the entire duration of the internship;
Attach your cover letter with a clear motivation why you are interested in this internship assignment in particular;
You need to be located in the Netherlands to be perform your internship. In case you are currently living/studying outside of the Netherlands, your CV/motivation letter includes the willingness to relocate.
If you are a non-EU citizen, studying in the Netherlands, your university is willing to sign the documents relevant for doing an internship (i.e., Nuffic agreement).
