Are you outgoing and love meeting new people?

We’re looking for a Business Administration Trainee to join the friendly front office team of a specialist school.

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on administration experience, receive on-the-job training, and complete a nationally recognised Business Administration qualification — all while working school hours in a welcoming and supportive environment.

👋 About the Role

As the Receptionist, you’ll be the first friendly face families and visitors see. You’ll play an important role in keeping the front office running smoothly while building valuable admin skills and confidence.

💡 What You’ll Be Doing

  • Greeting students, staff, families, and visitors with a smile
  • Answering phone calls and responding to emails
  • Assisting with basic administration and office tasks
  • Supporting the school team with day-to-day reception duties

We’re looking for someone who has:

  • Friendly communication skills and confidence speaking with people of all ages
  • Basic computer skills, including emails, data entry, and Microsoft Office
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

  • The ability to follow directions and work well as part of a team
