Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist with daily office tasks such as filing, scanning, and organizing physical and digital documents.
• Perform basic data entry into spreadsheets and internal trackers to keep records updated.
• Help prepare simple documents and forms for various department requirements.
• Support the team by running local errands and facilitating the delivery or collection of documents.
• Provide general assistance during meetings, including room setup and basic note-taking.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (or related field)
• Proficient in Google Workspace, with an emphasis on Google Sheets and Google Docs for data entry and document creation
• Ability to follow verbal and written directions precisely, delivering accurate work under minimal supervision
• Strong understanding of workplace norms, professional etiquette, and effective office communication
