Remote Recruitment is partnering with a successful UK-based business growth organisation that helps entrepreneurs acquire and scale businesses. We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Business Acquisition Sales Consultant to join their high-performing sales team.
This is not a cold-calling role. You will be working with a warm database of existing clients and long-term leads who have already expressed interest in business acquisition opportunities and programmes. Your primary responsibility will be to engage prospects, understand their goals, and guide them towards investing in high-value business growth programmes, including flagship Mastermind memberships valued from £15,000.
The ideal candidate is a confident closer with experience in consultative or high-ticket sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage and nurture a warm database of existing clients and qualified leads via phone, email, and CRM platforms.
- Conduct professional consultative sales conversations to identify client needs, goals, and investment readiness.
- Present and sell premium business acquisition and mentoring programmes.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial engagement through to closing.
- Consistently follow up with long-term leads and maintain strong relationships.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, sales notes, and pipeline activity.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Represent the company professionally during all client interactions.
- Collaborate with the wider sales team to maximise conversion opportunities.
Requirements
Essential
- Proven experience in consultative sales, business development, or high-ticket sales.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Strong objection-handling and closing skills.
- Ability to build rapport and credibility with business owners and entrepreneurs.
- Experience using CRM systems to manage sales pipelines.
- Highly self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
- Professional home office setup with reliable internet connectivity.
Desirable
- Experience selling coaching, education, consulting, mastermind, property investment, financial services, or business-related programmes.
- Experience selling to UK-based clients.
- Familiarity with high-ticket sales (£5,000+ products/services).
- Previous experience working remotely for international businesses.
