The Bushings Sales Specialistwill manage the Inquiry-to-Order (ITO)process for the Bushings product line, supporting technical and commercial activities from customer inquiry through to quotation submission.
You will join the Global Bushings Sales Teamand support Regional Account Managers and the Product Sales Team in delivering competitive, technically sound, and customer-focused proposals. This role combines commercial awareness with technical expertise and plays an important part in defining solutions, coordinating costing and lead times, and ensuring accurate handover into execution phases. Reporting to the Bushings Global Sales Leader, you will work cross-functionally with Sales, Tendering, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Engineering teams in a dynamic multinational environment.
You should be a dynamic, commercially minded, and technically strong professionalwho enjoys working across functions and delivering high-quality customer solutions in a global environment.
A formal education and subsequent University Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related fieldare a must have.
This is a permanentposition based in our Milan, Italyoffice. We have a hybrid working modelwhich gives you flexibility to work from our offices and from home.
