What would you do? Help balance increased marketing complexity and diminishing marketing resources. Drive marketing performance with deep functional and technical expertise, while accelerating time-to-market and operating efficiencies at scale through Data and Technology, Next Generation Content Services, Digital Marketing Services & Customer Engagement and Media Growth Services.
In a Marketing Operations job profile, responsibilities include managing and optimizing marketing processes and systems. This involves tasks such as campaign execution, data analysis, and budget management. The goal is to improve marketing efficiency and effectiveness. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of marketing technologies. It is essential for ensuring that marketing strategies are implemented smoothly and deliver measurable results.
The planning, executing, tracking and analysis of direct marketing campaigns. These tasks span the entire lifecycle of a marketing campaign, from inception to launch to evaluation of result.
What are we looking for? Graduation in any discipline or MBA
Minimum 7-10 years of experience in digital marketing leadership, managing a large team (30+ people)
Strong project management skills with experience in utilising project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
Project Management Certification - PMP / Prince2 ? (Preferred)
Quality Control Certification
Six Sigma Green / Black Belt (Preferred)
Proficiency in digital marketing analytics tools and platforms
Digital Marketing Certification ? (Preferred)
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing team
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
This role requires a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a passion for digital marketing, and a proven ability to manage and motivate large teams.
Roles and Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of Technical Support Specialists, providing coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback
Priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and staying within budget
Proactively identify and address potential roadblocks and ensure all projects meet predefined SLAs
Develop and implement strategies to optimize team efficiency and effectiveness in resolving customer issues
Establish and maintain clear performance metrics and service level agreements (SLAs) for the team
Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including sales, product, and client services teams
Work closely with the training teams to identify the training needs, develop and deliver training programs for the team on new products, features, and processes
Prepare and present reports on team’s progress and performance to senior management
Analyze data to identify trends and implement new and innovative initiatives to drive productivity and save cost
