About the Role:
We are seeking a responsible and proactive Bus Supervisor cum Support Staff to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure the safe transportation of students/staff, maintain discipline and safety on the bus, and provide general support services within the school premises as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure the safety and security of students while boarding, traveling, and alighting from the bus.
Maintain discipline on the bus and assist the driver in ensuring smooth operations.
Escort students safely to and from the bus and designated pick-up/drop-off points.
Report any incidents, accidents, or concerns to the school administration immediately.
Provide assistance to school staff in various support functions when not on bus duty.
Assist with daily operational needs, such as classroom support, school events, and supervision duties.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a bus attendant/supervisor or in a school support role preferred.
Ability to handle children with patience, care, and responsibility.
Good communication skills in English (Arabic/Hindi/Urdu will be an advantage).
Physically fit, alert, and responsible.
Available to join immediately (preferred).
